Our easy 4-step process to new flooring

01 Consult with the Experts

Visit us in our brand-new flooring showroom and let one of our experienced team provide you with a no obligation consultation. You can touch and feel our superior range of products and ask any questions you may have. We will ask a few questions and discuss your ideas to gain a clear picture of your project and then walk you through the products that best align with your design, vision, practical needs and budget.

02 We Measure

Request a free measure and quote where one of our quantifiers will visit your home or business. Here we take detailed measurements of your floor plan and check over your existing floor to ensure there will be no surprises come installation day. We will then discuss product choices and options regarding furniture removal, disposal of your old flooring, before preparing you with a detailed quotation.

03 Book It In!

If you are happy to go ahead with your quote, at this point a deposit is required. We can then schedule an installation date that works for you and order any products and services required. We have created a 'preparation for installation day' document to help ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.

04 Installation Day!

Now for the most exciting part. One of our experienced team of flooring installers, deliver and install your new flooring. Once your installation is complete, we will provide you with cleaning and care information specific to your chosen flooring. You then get to live on and enjoy your brand-new floor!
